Return Conditions:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging

Must be free from makeup stains, perfume, deodorant, or detergent scents
Return Steps:

Send us a Message on Facebook or Instagram to initiate the return.

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.

If approved, a Return & Exchange Form will be sent via email for your signature.

Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Buyer will shoulder shipping costs for the new item in case of exchange.
Processing Time for Exchanges:
Once approved, exchanges are processed within 3–6 business days.
