Important: We do not accept returns or refunds unless the item is damaged or lost in transit.

7-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests beyond 7 days will not be accepted.

Eligible for Return or Exchange:

  • Wrong item or size shipped by us

  • Proven factory defects (must be supported by clear photos or videos)

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Personal fit preferences

  • Any other reasons we deem invalid

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging

  • Must be free from makeup stains, perfume, deodorant, or detergent scents

Return Steps:

  1. Send us a Message on Facebook or Instagram to initiate the return.

  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.

  3. If approved, a Return & Exchange Form will be sent via email for your signature.

  4. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

  5. Buyer will shoulder shipping costs for the new item in case of exchange.

Processing Time for Exchanges:

Once approved, exchanges are processed within 3–6 business days.
