  • ON-HAND items ship within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • PRE-ORDER items take 6 to 10 business days to process before shipment.

Estimated Transit Time After Dispatch:

  • Metro Manila: 2 days

  • Luzon: 2–4 days

  • Visayas & Mindanao: 3–7 days

Courier Shipping Fees:

  • LBC Branch Pickup: ₱99 – ₱200

  • LBC Door-to-Door: ₱155 – ₱300

  • LBC Rush (Provincial): ₱300+

  • Lalamove (Metro Manila, Same-Day): ₱50 – ₱300+

  • Flash / J&T:

    - Metro Manila: ₱100

    - Provincial: ₱150

  • Delivery estimates begin after the item has been shipped.

  • Weekends and public holidays are not counted in the ETA.
